Custom Illustration: Our graphic design team turn around each order 2-5 days on average.

Additional Items: Once your illustration is approved and finalised it takes us 2-5 days to create and print the order and anywhere from 2-10 days for it to be shipped out to you.

We offer free unlimited revisions. But for whatever reason you are still not happy, we will offer a full refund. After you have approved the illustration, we cannot accept refunds.

If your order has arrived damaged or not as expected, please contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
