Our artists turn around each order 2-5 days on average. If you'd like to make any revisions this may take an extra couple of days.
Our customers may be buying an illustration as a gift and may not have the best photos to work with. If this is the case you can attach a stock image of a similar car, just make sure to let us know of any unique details of the vehicle.
We offer free unlimited revisions before finalising your order to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your artwork.
All illustrations are digitally hand-drawn by our graphics team. No photoshop trickery or filters, each piece is uniquely drawn exactly to the specifications of your vehicle.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
If you've opted for additional items. After your illustrations is finalised it takes 2-5 days for us to create and print the order and anywhere from 2-10 days for it to be shipped out to you.
Yes! We work with a number of production partners worldwide which allows us to ship to most of the world.
We currently however do not ship to the following countries: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking information via email and/or text.
We offer free unlimited revisions. But for whatever reason you are still not happy, we will offer a full refund. After you have approved the illustration, we cannot accept refunds.
If your order has arrived damaged or not as expected, please contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
